Hello everyone. I know right now you are probably over-whelmed with the whole couponing experience. But, the first thing you need to know is do not expect to get everything for free. You will still have to pay for the items you buy, but when couponing it should reduce your grocery bill and over all expenses dramatically. Also don’t think you can go into a store and get $1000.00 in groceries for $20.00. This is not going to happen those TV programs are designed to entertain you, the stores drop coupon policies when they film these shows.
The second thing you need to know is where to get the coupons. If you decide to buy the local Sunday Paper (I would suggest 5 copies) this is where you will find the coupon inserts. If you would prefer to order coupon inserts on-line I would suggest to order from “wholecouponinserts.com”, this is for the whole inserts. If you prefer to order one specific coupon the best place to order at” coupondede.com.”
After you get your coupons , you need to organize them. There are many ways to do this. I use the binder method. I find this system much easier to use. This is where you get a zipper binder, and baseball card holders and organize you coupons.
Then you should match-up your sales to your coupons. This is to see what the best price that you will pay for items are located.
When the match-ups are finished make a list of what you intend to buy and then go SHOPPING.
But remember to take it slow when you begin, try one item go to the register and purchase it. See how your coupon works. Soon you will build your confidence and you will become a Pro.
As always Happy Shopping,
